Has anyone else been getting used items sent to them a lot more lately? When items have the “used” option, but I don’t select it, I’m still being sent the used version. It’s happened three times to me in the past month. I checked back in my order history to verify that I did not select the “used” option, and I did indeed pay for the “new” price. Here’s what I’ve ordered vs. What I’ve been sent so far… \- 20 pack of command strips ordered. 19 sent, packaged loose in a taped up zip lock bag. \- A set of Bose earbuds ordered. Earbuds sent in the original packaging, but loose in the box. Box clearly opened and missing the little packaging bits keeping the earbuds ...
