Hey guy, so as the title says, I have an eBay order coming in from china. It's a Xiaomi Tab Accessory (Focus Keyboard). The indian post website says ₹0 tarrif but the guy delivering called my dad and said he needs to pay ₹3600. Is this a scam? (Original Item Value $152)

I am kinda bleeding out now. I sell in India and I feel they dont appreciate quality. I have my own western style brand (feminine cute dresses). I had the options to sell the china ones as well, but I put my all energy and money, and created my own designs. All my money goes into ads, and sometimes great, sometimes hard, but mostly i am in a minus.. I am thinking to start international delivery since I am also from Europe, where I can send for a higher price as well, and where quality matters. For one parcel indiapost charges 1200-1500 what i can build in the price.

Why are post employees not interviewed before giving a job? This parcel was round which had a diameter of 48 cm and thickness(height) 5cm (volumetric 2.3kg approx) She put the dimension 48\*48 which equals to (volumetric 20/22kg approx) Which In the right mind anyone would understand you have put the wrong input. I don't know if this is right place for this, but I don't know where to ask about this. I ordered a package from US that was shipped with usps. It has reached india, but is showing as customs remarks since 18th February. I have tried contacting mumbai customs via both phone and email, but received no reply to email and no calls have been answered. I live in M.P so I can't visit the Foreign post office.
