I just went through an absolute nightmare just to get a simple washing machine filter, and I want to warn everyone that their "premium" tiers and customer service are completely useless. I ordered a TWS from Flipkart on 30th to my hostel in Delhi. At that time, they showed 2nd May as the expected delivery time. Now, I don't know what mess is going on with their logistics, but my order keeps getting shipped to Lucknow for no reason. I will be travelling internationally after 9th May so I won't be able to receive the order then. Even their help is just a **** ai chatbot, with no option to contact a human representative. The order is prepaid. What can I do? Please help.

Because I previously had a good experience purchasing an apple producer (Airpods pro) from flipkart, I ordered Macbook Neo and they've been running in circles since 2 days. I called their customer care and they said that they have an error that the item has reached the wrong delivery hub and will get an update in another 24-48hr for confirmation as they will try to get it to the nearest hub and deliver. I am seeing stories of cancellation and refund but I am worried because I used Flipkart gift cards + no cost emi for purchase so not sure how it will be translated. Any help or information?

So I ordered this panasonic ac on 20th April which showed it will be delivered by 22nd then after I ordered it showed 1 may then I talked to flipkart support somehow on 22nd they changed back to 28th April now today is 28th April and still it hasn't even reached my nearest hub and just now it literally rescheduled again to 3rd may and the installation to 5th may Imao and look at their audacity to even charge me for 500rs + in random *** fees. literally rescheduled the delivery date like 3 or 4 times by now.

Hi I have ordered atomberg renesa wall fan from Flipkart on April 15th and the delivery date is April 21st and on April 21st it came to the hub in my city and since then they keep saying order became untraceable on April 22nd and asked me wait till 24th which is yesterday and then again when I contacted them they said to wait until 26th. I don't think they are giving any reliable solution for this and if they can provide me the hub address I can go and get it by myself it is 7 km from my location. Is there any way to get the hub of ekart logistics? No proper response from these c\*nts I have even called them multiple times. They should at least give me the hub address or contact...

I ordered my iPhone on 25th March the delivery was supposed to be on 27 March then it got delayed for 30th March but on 28th March around 1:43 pm the status updated to out for delivery i talked to the delivery partner they told me that my phone will be delivered in an hour. I waited but the delivery man never came and he stopped picking up my calls and the status on flipkart showed delivery rescheduled without my consent and they told me they will deliver on 30th March On 30th March I logged into Ekart Logistics checking my actual order status my phone is received in the nearest hub but then I received the email from flipkart telling that they will deliver my phone on 1st April this delay...

I am clueless. I ordered iPhone 17 and Flipkart cancelled the order with the above reason. Can someone explain? Also, even after the cancellation, the order is moving forward.

So I ordered an HP printer from Flipkart. Everything was going smoothly until it came to delivery. Every day for 3 days the order was out for delivery, but at the end of the day I would get a message saying the order was rescheduled as per clients request. I never made requests for reschedule. I contacted customer support to cancel the order as the cancel option was not available on the order page.
