Hey folks, need some practical advice from people in Bangalore. I need to send: • 2 luggage bags (mostly clothes + personal items) • 1 laptop bag (laptop inside) Route: Bangalore → Karad, Maharashtra Weight: roughly 10–12 kg total. I had ordered a package from wiselife and they are using DTDC as their delivery partner. My package was supposed to be delivered on 11th February. The package was supposed to be sent from Bangalore to nadiad(gujarat). however the package is sitting at anand(gujarat) for 5 days. I contacted the anand branch and they blatantly asked me to collect it from their anand branch though it is around 30-45 mins away from my city. I have a parcel arriving from DTDC and it has been delayed 2 twice since arriving to Pune on Friday and after reading the google reviews of the branch that has it , I am nervous as to whether I'll get my courier. It's just sitting at their DTDC Master Franchisee Branch in Hadapsar since Friday. Please tell me if I should go to them and collect my parcel OR if I should wait and let them deliver it.

A few days ago I received a message from DTDC saying my order will be delivered- I had no idea what this was because I wasn’t expecting anything, I also asked people around me nobody had sent anything. The message that came.on delivery mentioned someone's name and we do t know that person.. I am.not sure how they gave it to them when it clearly mentioned my name on the parcel.. Will DTDC even try to retrieve it from whoever they gave it to? Not sure as I am an NRI and haven't seen how things work for a while..
