My order was not delivered . The order tracking shows a status as not delivered due to incorrect phone number . When I contact then they gave the contact for a courier company called DTDC however they don't even do Ali express deliveries in my country. I have ordered many items in the past but I have never encountered this issue as there is no issue with my phone no. I asked for a refund & submitted the email response from DTDC saying there is no such shipment. They have no refused to give me a refund . I have submitted an appeal . Is there anything more I can do ?

They delivered through DTDC. Predicted delivery date was 6th, delivered on 7th. Buying after many, many years. Some peace of mind obtained.

**UPDATE(6/11/2025)**: Following this post, on 6:01 A.M. on 6th November(I posted this at around 12:30 A.M. on 6th), I recieved a response on discord stating that they had sent the issue to MCHOSE and were waiting for a response. Following this, I got a message at 12:56 P.M. saying that a replacement was ready. They also shared a chat with MCHOSE where MCHOSE did not respond. (all communication over discord) I also got a email at 2:18 P.M. from their shipping platform thing saying that I would get a keyboard. I just ordered a fish online and it is being delivered by dtdc. Piece of shits delayed the delivery by 3 days now and it has been fcking 5 days since the fish departed the seller. I've called the customer care multiple times and each day they're just saying that I'll get my shipment but to no avail, neither are they giving me contact details and address of the khaprail branch in which the shipment is being kept currently. I guess I have tried all possible available options. Delhivery and Xpressbees: Never picks up. No matter how much you call, register complains. You end up going to their warehouse to hand over the package. Out of 20 orders I shipped, 7 weight discrepancy and image in discrepancy does not match the package I sent. Just wanted to share my frustrating experience with DTDC. I paid for home delivery, and the booking centre accepted the parcel without saying anything about service limitations. But when it reached the local branch, they suddenly refused to deliver it, saying my address is not in a serviceable area. I bought a saree while in India from an online seller for Rs.20,000 and I didn't receive the package which was shipped through DTDC. As I was travelling, I informed the seller 2 days after the eastimated delivery date. This happened on Aug 25, 2025. I filed a complaint with DTDC but they mentioned they will deal with this issue with the seller as I didn't receive the package. Also, their customer servce was terrible.
