Hi, I've contacted support as well, but I figured I'd ask here as well in case anyone experienced the same thing. I have a new SpotOn collar (Nova), at first it works great, mapped my 14 acre boundary perfectly, responded well during testing, training has been going well. While training/testing I noticed after 10-30 min the collar would stop responding to the fence boundary. It would not beep or buzz, even when I went 50-100 ft past the boundary (i.e. too much for gps drift). It does this at multiple locations thought my property. I’m on the fence about getting the Spoton as I’m on the move a lot. I have roughly 2 acres at home and a busy road that I want to keep the dog well away of. But I also hike out the backyard up to the conservation area or bike with her at the local trails. I have considered the Heel 360 collar or the spot on. Both seem to have one of the features I want but not both. I love the Heel 360 set up a proximity fence for hiking and hiking in new areas or hunting, but it is not ideal for my house setup as a larger than 30’ radius would allow the dog to reach the front yard. Ordered my SpotOn this week. I intend to use it at my recreational property which is set on about 10 acres. My question is whether there is an optimal training cadence when I am not up there for two weeks straight. Should I do each stage on a separate weekend? Should I spread each stage over multiple weekends? Do I review an earlier stage before starting a new stage each weekend? What are best practices? The weekends may not be consecutive as an added factor.

I am trying to verify that SpotOn integrates with QBO and if so, to what extent? From my understanding, I can either... a) integrate SpotOn directly with QB (local), or... b) integrate SpotOn to Shogo, then to QBO. Option b, requires another subscription and before I pull the trigger I want to check to see If I'm missing something. TIA
