Hi, I received my PPR request and I’m an outland applicant applying from India. Can anyone advise me on how the VFS two-way courier service works and what exact documents need to be submitted? The website mentions “Appendix A,” but in my PPR, Appendix A only contains photo specifications and there’s no form or details to fill out. Is that normal? Also: * Do we need to provide our own cover? * What all documents did you include in your package? * Did VFS provide the courier envelope/packaging? * Do we need to print courier labels ourselves? * I haven’t booked the appointment/pickup yet - should labels be generated only after booking? Hi guys, I am selling my second grinder, timemore c2, great for pourover and aeropress. Have not used it a lot honestly, maybe used it for the last 8-9 months only because I was kinda in and out of coffee (and now I am addicted). Reason for selling - Upgrading to a G5 It has a few scuffs and a very minor dent. Everything fits perfectly and the grinder is fully functional (Please take a look at all pictures). Have never used WDT on beans with this grinder, never cleaned it WITH WATER as well, so no rust as seen on pictures. I sent an A4 sized envelope with a bunch of cards in it as a registered post to a customer in France. She said she had to pay $13 in customs fees once it reached her. Is that normal? I thought it was already paid for from my end when I paid for the registered post ( I had paid Rs. 360 for the courrier) What’s the best way to send couriers from India so that the customer doesn’t have to pay again?

I’m currently using Delhivery Direct. They provide a dead weight waiver up to 1kg, meaning if the dead weight is 1kg but volumetric weight is around 1.5kg, I’m still charged in the 1kg slab. The issue is that their wallet recharge/payment charges are quite high, so I’m looking for alternatives. Can anyone suggest courier aggregators or logistics partners in India that offer a similar dead weight waiver up to 1kg? Main requirement: Dead weight up to 1kg should be charged as 1kg, even if volumetric weight is slightly higher Would really appreciate real user experience, especially from e-commerce sellers.
