DTDC Tracking

I am posting this to seek advice and also to warn others about my experience with **DTDC**. A friend sent me a courier via DTDC from **Delhi (110020)** to **Chennai (600117)** on **9 December 2025**. At the time of booking, DTDC clearly mentioned an **expected delivery date of 12–14 December 2025** (screenshot attached). However, the parcel was **not delivered within the promised timeframe**. The tracking history shows multiple status updates like *“In Transit”* and *“At Destination (Chennai)”*, but there has been **no final delivery confirmation**. What is more frustrating is the **lack of communication**: * Customer care calls are not answered * No call-back or email response...

How does parcel delivery work for you? Do you have to go down, or do the delivery boys come up? What about Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra etc.? What about Zomat/Swiggy etc.? What about Blinkit/Instamart/Flipkart minutes/Bigbasket etc.? What about Post office/DTDC etc.? Are the delivery boys allowed to use the lifts?

I ordered a pair of 1906r but got two pair on same day with different delivery service one from delhivery other from dtdc

My first ever fraction 9 and naivo bags. Naivo is ground and fraction 9 is beans. Ordered fraction 9 on 28.11 around 10 pm Ordered naivo on 29.11 around 11 am Received both today. Naivo was delivered by dtdc (expected delivery date was today) Fraction 9 was delivered by blue dart. (The expected delivery date was 5th dec, received early) My experience with naivo is a lil better hopefully both these will taste amazing. Super excited to try as I've tasted BT, TWC and cothas so far. Naivo tweaked my name by replacing the "i" with "ee", can't say I **** it as I wished my name's spelling was that lol.

Hi I’m using ship rocket to courier my products. I have attached a screenshot here. These are the options mentioned there. Which one is most reliable one? I don’t mind paying a bit extra but I don’t want consumer’s experience to get disturbed. Which one do you use out of these and what has been your experience?

I filled the APS form on 17th November (Monday) and couriered all documents the same day using DTDC one day premium express delivery. The package reached the APS New Delhi office on 18th November (Tuesday). On 21st November (Friday), I received an email from APS asking for any one of the following: 1. Posters are great. Ordered the 3 piece set and really happy with what i got. Glue is also nice and recommended if you are buying the posters. Delivery is done via DTDC so take time and not updated properly...but packaging was good and product in perfect condition. So definite go for it based on my experience. Planning to order some more as well.

My order was not delivered . The order tracking shows a status as not delivered due to incorrect phone number . When I contact then they gave the contact for a courier company called DTDC however they don't even do Ali express deliveries in my country. I have ordered many items in the past but I have never encountered this issue as there is no issue with my phone no. I asked for a refund & submitted the email response from DTDC saying there is no such shipment. They have no refused to give me a refund . I have submitted an appeal . Is there anything more I can do ?

They delivered through DTDC. Predicted delivery date was 6th, delivered on 7th. Buying after many, many years. Some peace of mind obtained.

**UPDATE(6/11/2025)**: Following this post, on 6:01 A.M. on 6th November(I posted this at around 12:30 A.M. on 6th), I recieved a response on discord stating that they had sent the issue to MCHOSE and were waiting for a response. Following this, I got a message at 12:56 P.M. saying that a replacement was ready. They also shared a chat with MCHOSE where MCHOSE did not respond. (all communication over discord) I also got a email at 2:18 P.M. from their shipping platform thing saying that I would get a keyboard. While I am happy with getting a response, I have a few points I'd like to see Genesis improve on: * They should keep the customer in touch if a vendor is not responding, instead...
