I ordered something from a Facebook page a few days back, and on Friday they sent me the receipt and told me my parcel had been shipped. Cut to today I got a call from my nearby DTDC office saying I needed to collect it from the office because they wouldn’t deliver it to my home. I actually needed the parcel urgently, so I didn’t ask anything and went to collect it. The office was around 4 km away from my house. Is this the norm with DTDC?
