DTDC Tracking

Hello guys I had a parcel sent for me from Hyderabad. It's been over a month now but it hasn't reached me yet. I'm really clueless and no idea why this is happening. I've gotten no solution to this problem even after endless calls to the customer support. All they say is that the parcel is in shivaji nagar branch. The worst thing is that they claim the delivery was attempted but the door was locked. First of all, I was at my said address during all those days they claim the delivery was attempted, nobody came. Second of all, I don't understand why these don't give a **** call to my number ?? I really don't understand this. Guys, i really need this parcel, ...

Bought a tshirt frim eggwhites.in a week ago, they shipped via dtdc 2 days later, when the delivery person called they said it's a cash on delivery order, but i had paid them already, then i emailed them about this, they said the issue is from dtdc's side, i reached out to dtdc, they said the issue is from the shipper's side, then they said cancel the order and we'll ship it again, i told the delivery person I'm not gonna take the order, now it's been a week, they've stopped replying to my emails, they reached out to me on whatsapp as well, but mow they've stopped replying there.

Has anybody else faced this issue? Or is it just in my locality. They are not willing to deliver to the actual address filled, they just say to go and collect from thier office. Is this the case everywhere? I did as they said during inter and foundation, but they are getting on my nerves for this final books. It is taking me some time to arrange for the collection from their office. I called and asked them why they wont deliver and the rep was so rude, they said that it is not their duty, and that if i had said i cannot come and collect they would have returned it the day it came. Today I received this White Attikan by Naivo and the DTDC guys as expected damaged my parcel. Moreover the guys was not even rescheduling my delivery based on my availability causing inconvenience and to add up to my frustration I got to know the bag it self is damaged spilling the beans all over. Hi everyone, I need some advice regarding a courier dispute with DTDC Courier & Cargo. A shipment sent to me has been marked as delivered in their system, but it was never actually delivered. Why I am certain it was never delivered My residential building uses MyGate, which requires approval for delivery personnel to enter. No DTDC delivery entry request was ever recorded. TL:DR- I was supposed to recieve a courier but couldn't. Asked the helpine people for rescheduling the delivery but they did not do anything and the courier went back to origin. Now they are saying they can't do anything again. Quick question for people who order online a lot. Whenever I order something, I end up getting emails from multiple courier companies like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart, etc. Every courier has its own tracking page and I keep searching my inbox to find tracking numbers. I built a small tool to simplify this. You connect Gmail and create a filter so that only shipping emails are sent to the app. It detects tracking numbers from those emails and shows all deliveries in one dashboard.
