DTDC Tracking

The message that came.on delivery mentioned someone's name and we do t know that person.. I am.not sure how they gave it to them when it clearly mentioned my name on the parcel.. Will DTDC even try to retrieve it from whoever they gave it to? Not sure as I am an NRI and haven't seen how things work for a while.. Please suggest what we can do from our end, We have enquired around our house and noone by that name exists.. thanks for your time and consideration

I want to share my recent experience with **Nakpro**, and honestly, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had. I had placed an order on the 6th of January for 2 cateye nail polishes with a magnet. After placing my order I never recieved any confirmation email, or any update regarding shipping or delivery. Though a girl claiming from the company did call me two times to confirm my delivery address.
