Loved the customer service. The shipping was super smooth. Yes, DTDC did show a few hiccups on their website. The CAPTCHA was not working initially on their website, but after a while it started working, and my product was delivered a day earlier than it was supposed to. It was a super nice experience. The seller himself provided half of the shipping fee from his side. I had to pay half of it, which was a pretty sweet deal considering that he is a small-scale seller. Due to unavailability of service to my pincode, they said they will deliver through delhivery or DTDC if i prepaid. I have generally have hard time trusting unknown delivery due to various other experiences. If the product arrives damaged, will it be difficult to get a replacement? Or will the audio store blame the third-party delivery service.

Hey everyone, I ordered IEM from Headphone Zone and my DTDC tracking is confusing me a bit. It was shipped from Chennai and reached Hyderabad (Shamshabad → Medchal), which is correct since I live in Hyderabad. But now the latest update is again showing Chennai (Velappanchavadi Apex) – In Transit, like it went back? There’s no “RTO” or delivery failure mentioned, just “In Transit” everywhere. Is this just a tracking glitch or normal hub routing behavior? Has anyone else experienced this with DTDC? Would appreciate some clarification.

Has anybody else faced this issue? Or is it just in my locality. They are not willing to deliver to the actual address filled, they just say to go and collect from thier office. Today I received this White Attikan by Naivo and the DTDC guys as expected damaged my parcel. Moreover the guys was not even rescheduling my delivery based on my availability causing inconvenience and to add up to my frustration I got to know the bag it self is damaged spilling the beans all over.
