DTDC Tracking

was going to get a parcel on jan 5 by dtdc, it showed out for delivery on 5th and 2 mins later it showed delivered, but its jan 7 today and i still havent got it. I live in navi mumbai and this is like 5th time it has happened. I used to file complaints before and the items used to get deliveered. this time i complained and still i havent got it. im fed up of this

I placed an order on Vaaree on 15 December. The courier partner (DTDC) never actually delivered the product to my location. Instead, the tracking shows multiple delivery attempts that never happened, and eventually the order was marked “Returned to Origin (RTO)”. Since then, I’ve been trying to get my refund processed. Despite multiple follow-ups, on whats-app and email, Vaaree is not refunding the money. So, never buy from Vaaree.

The buyer was from Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, so we mutually agreed to send it via DTDC courier. Now after waiting 6 days around 9:30pm IST I get a massage from DTDC saying out for delivery but few minutes later another massage came and it said "you're area is not serviceable" even tho I live like 9km away from the hub. Which is serarampure super franchise, Hooghly, WB (has a 1.8 star on Google). I twitted,I massage them on insta and even email them. And I'm scared as these guys will just dump my parcel and will never be delivered. So is there anyone can help me please.

I am posting this to seek advice and also to warn others about my experience with **DTDC**. A friend sent me a courier via DTDC from **Delhi (110020)** to **Chennai (600117)** on **9 December 2025**. At the time of booking, DTDC clearly mentioned an **expected delivery date of 12–14 December 2025** (screenshot attached). However, the parcel was **not delivered within the promised timeframe**. The tracking history shows multiple status updates like *“In Transit”* and *“At Destination (Chennai)”*, but there has been **no final delivery confirmation**. What is more frustrating is the **lack of communication**: * Customer care calls are not answered * No call-back or email response...

How does parcel delivery work for you? Do you have to go down, or do the delivery boys come up? What about Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra etc.? What about Zomat/Swiggy etc.? What about Blinkit/Instamart/Flipkart minutes/Bigbasket etc.? What about Post office/DTDC etc.? Are the delivery boys allowed to use the lifts?

My first ever fraction 9 and naivo bags. Naivo is ground and fraction 9 is beans. Ordered fraction 9 on 28.11 around 10 pm Ordered naivo on 29.11 around 11 am Received both today. Naivo was delivered by dtdc (expected delivery date was today) Fraction 9 was delivered by blue dart. (The expected delivery date was 5th dec, received early) My experience with naivo is a lil better hopefully both these will taste amazing. Super excited to try as I've tasted BT, TWC and cothas so far. Naivo tweaked my name by replacing the "i" with "ee", can't say I **** it as I wished my name's spelling was that lol.
