Hi everyone, I need some advice regarding a courier dispute with DTDC Courier & Cargo. A shipment sent to me has been marked as delivered in their system, but it was never actually delivered. Why I am certain it was never delivered My residential building uses MyGate, which requires approval for delivery personnel to enter. No DTDC delivery entry request was ever recorded. I received no notification for any courier entry. I checked with neighbours and security — nobody received the parcel on my behalf. TL:DR- I was supposed to recieve a courier but couldn't. Asked the helpine people for rescheduling the delivery but they did not do anything and the courier went back to origin. Now they are saying they can't do anything again. Quick question for people who order online a lot. Whenever I order something, I end up getting emails from multiple courier companies like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart, etc. Every courier has its own tracking page and I keep searching my inbox to find tracking numbers. I built a small tool to simplify this.
