I am facing a harrowing experience with DTDC. I am to receive a critical compliance-related document on 15th April. I did not receive it. On 16th April, I raised a complaint. Against that, I got one response that the team has been "looking into the matter." Post that, I did not get any response. On 17th April, I got a call from an individual who said that my shipment would be delivered by the afternoon. Around 2:00 PM, when I called them, the person committed that I would get it by 6:00 PM. From 4:30 PM, I am trying to follow up with them over the phone, but they have stopped receiving my calls. I made nearly 40 attempts, but did not get any response. I called DTDC customer s...

Hello, so I finally completed all the courses to complete the computer science bachelor's degree last term. I filled out the degree request form on my uopeople portal on March 19 and selected the express shipping option to receive my degree certificate. According to Uopeople, when we select the express shipping option, we should then receive a tracking number when our degree is shipped. Hello everyone. My mother sent a parcel via DTDC in India containing a mobile phone, charger, and cable. DTDC staff handled packed the parcel at the time of booking, but the receipt only mentions “NONDOX” (no proper description of contents). DTDC marked it as delivered on 30 March 2026 (SMS proof) but the actual delivery happened on 1 April 2026 (call log proof). Parcel remained in their custody during this gap.
