I ordered an item from US for delivery in UK. The delivery is provided Ebay International Shipping and they use DHL. As per the tracking info, the status was last updated on April 10 as Parcel is at Customs, Heathrow, London. But there has been no updates further. If I try to reach DHL customer service, it is a night mare. DHL EXPRESS is saying the parcel is DHL ecommerce, you have to talk to them..
