Travelled on IX 2065 last Sunday, i got served rotten sandwich during flight. Whom should I complain?

I have travelled on IX-2065 operated by Air India express on 19th April 2026. During the flight I was served with Rotten Chicken Sandwich. Unfortunately my taste and smell senses are too bad. I was watching a movie and had taken a big bite as well 🤮
