Does anyone have any packages in the Kansas network experiencing delays? I got an another FedEx package delivered from Nevada flawlessly in 1 day delivered this morning. Package that was supposed to arrive last Friday is stuck since 1/22. Photo attached

I ordered a package next day delivery going from LA to Tampa FL. Has there been serious delays during the ice storm? I havnt ordered from FedEx in a long time so I don’t know what to expect.

The last 4 purchases I’ve made online have been delayed by 2 days or more and one of them never showed up so after almost a month I called and got a refund. Bets on how this package will go? I’m assuming I’ll see it next week (hopefully).

North Dakota, USA I am a delivery route driver (similar to FedEx or UPS but a smaller company). All drivers are required to pass a DOT physical every year or two and get certified. During my last physical, they determined that I will need to get a sleep study done in order to get certified next year. According to everyone I have spoken to in the company (including HR), I am responsible for all the costs of getting this sleep study and potential treatment. It doesn't make sense to me that I should have to cover this entire thing that I wouldn't be getting done if it wasn't required by my employer to do so. I sold an item on Ebay. Shipped from Canada to USA. The buyer complained that the item was not as described and shipped that item back to me. About 1 month after receiving the package, I got a bill in the mail for $50 CAD. This was for taxes, clearance fees, etc. So FedEx imported this item on my behalf without my permission or acknowledgement? I thought shipping companies usually request payment BEFORE delivery. I would have never accepted the package if I had known there was a $50 fee. The interesting part is that my name is no where on the bill or envelope. Mailed in renewal application via FedEx from Tennessee that arrived in Gatineau on New Year’s Eve. FedEx only had overnight weekday service that I was fine with. Did not need to provide my previous Canadian passport as it expired before Christmas and I was able to travel using my US passport. Had photos done while I was in Canada during the holidays. Happy with the turnaround time, especially considering the ice storm impacts that shifted the delivery of my new Canadian passport by FedEx from Monday, January 26th to Wednesday, January 28th.

I have a bit of an unusual situation and the email support is not of any help. Is there a phone number I can call? It was a small order compared to my normal order size so at this point it is a matter of principle. On 1/13, we purchased quite a few premium siding samples. they were estimated to be delivered by 1/22. our customer needed to make a decision on siding by 1/25 in order to meet materials deadlines, so even though it was a long wait we could make that delivery date work. when I had no update and my customer account still showed "on order" by 1/26, I requested a cancellation. that's when I was informed that a shipping label had been printed for this order on 1/23. ...

Anyone else have a situation like this? This order initially said it was arriving Monday (which has obviously come and gone). Anxiously awaiting a new projected delivery date/time. I’m assuming this is because of the storm (I live in NJ) and that nothing else went wrong with this particular package, but I’m leaving the country for a few months on Friday so I’m worried I might not get to see the goods for a while 😫

I was sent an important document via FedEx on Fri, Jan 23rd to TX. I opted for FedEx Priority Overnight and the shipment was scheduled to arrive on Mon, Jan 26. With the winter storm and everything, I know all shipments are currently delayed. FedEx sent my package from Syracuse, NY to Northampton, PA and updated my delivery date to Thurs, Jan 29. But there has been no update since. Can I expect my shipment to arrive by the end of the week? My international travel the week after completely depends on me having the document. Is there anything I can do to expedite the shipment? Thanks for any help you can provide.

It was released from mirabel which isn’t far from Montreal (where I am) any hope it’s delivered today?

Had a package I needed last week and knowing the storm was coming I paid for Fedex 2 Day delivery. It's quoted delivery date was Friday the 23rd. It got to memphis thursday AM and has been sitting there ever since. This was not because of the storm. This was a full 2 days before the storm even hit there. Now because of the storm it's untelling when this will even get here. So frustrating to spend a good amount extra on shipping only to have fedex just completely ignore your deadlines and their own quoted shipping time. I am done with fedex after this and will be using literally any other shipping company whenever possible.
