HelloFresh - what is going on? I get that things happen, but we have had several issues since the beginning of the year. My delivery area or the facility from which the orders ship are not impacted by snow storms or inclement weather so that can't be used as an excuse. I purchased a ROG Xbox Ally X in December 2025 from the official ASUS USA website. They promised a delivery date, but they didn't meet it, and I was no longer in the country (USA). I contacted ASUS to cancel the purchase, and ASUS notified FedEx to return the merchandise (which was never delivered). I have ordered 5 watches from Andiot since June 2025. The first watch was the Clean Pepsi, delivered about 3 weeks after I ordered it. The second watch was the Clean Panda Daytona, purchased and delivered two weeks before the Clean Factory raid. The third watch was the VSF Batgirl, delivered after a 2 month wait. I am a recipient who has been expecting a package that was supposed to be delivered to Shelter Island, NY today. The package destination in the FedEx tracking clearly says that shelter Island, NY is the destination but FedEx routed to CA (currently sitting in Chino, CA). And I can’t get a human on the phone and the chat function isn’t working. Help?

This is what they want for shipping a club brush and a neoprene bag sleeve to Wisconsin. 2 small very lightweight items. I emailed them to say surely something is not right and was told sorry that’s what it is, the carrier sets the shipping cost and that I could order $100 in items to get free shipping. I’ve been a fan of Ghost Golf bags and gloves, but I’ll pass on $26 shipping and no idea how the USPS cost was calculated.

I need to send a letter by post to Switzerland from Prague, and I'm considering Česka Pošta as the prices for DHL and FedEx delivery are not cheap. Asking for recent experiences with Česka Pošta regarding this, if their service improved, as search engine responses look discouraging, but also not from recent experiences.

I’m preordering a 1/6 scale figure ($150) and want to avoid paying any extra fees on delivery, is Amiami ECMS Air or Hobby Genki FedEx DDP better for this order? Has anyone compared the two for shipping costs and overall convenience? I’m curious which one ends up cheaper and easier for a single item.

Ok so I'll lay out the situation the best I can for you. My business is in a building with about 11 other units, and maybe 15 businesses total. It's commercial/ industrial. Not open to the public. No front desk. To get in, you need a passcode, a FOB, or to be rung in through the intercom. Packages are left in the lobby/ open mail room. This is always noted on deliveries, usually a code. UPS and FEDEX have their FOBs registered for our building. Even if it isn't noted, there is a directory you can call. Hi, so I have a FedEx Home Delivery package that’s been stuck on “picked up” since 2/14. I would’ve thought it would atleast show an “arrived at fedex location” already but it’s been stuck on this. Is this normal? I have another package that’s also like this too (coming from same area)

Genuinely at a loss for words. I was not home during my delivery which was confirmed by my two cameras at 1:13pm. It sat there until about 1:45 when the driver actually came back to my home and took my package back and it’s now being returned to sender. The company I ordered from has no idea why this would happen and did not request a return back, and FedEx customer service didn’t understand either. The package is one thing. I keep trying to have things delivered and keep getting this message. I live in a building that was an old hotel and is now apartments. It is very accessible except there is a third set of doors that needs a code. There is an intercom button to call the office. They give you a code to enter. Most of the time you don’t even have to do that because when you’re making deliveries people will let you in. I thought this might be the issue but EVERY time I get this notification I come down immediately and there are people coming in and out of the lobby. I had 2 international shipments from separate senders that were supposed to be delivered today. The tracking numbers updated around the same time and said Delivery exception - Incorrect address. I find it highly unlikely that both senders put the wrong address so I’m wondering what could have happened. I’ve gotten hundreds of FedEx packages delivered to this address before.
