FedEx Tracking

This is bizarre and infuriating. As someone in the Austell black hole region, I've had lots of issues with FedEx. But this is new. The item never left the destination city. It went for delivery in that city, and was 'delivered' and signed for by - not me. FedEx agent said it was an error and it would fix itself. 24 hours later, it hasn't. Got a case number assigned. Received an email that asked me to verify if the attached photo is my address - no photo was attached. Anyone seen this before? Obviously there's no way it was actually delivered (my wife and I were both home when it was supposedly delivered, so we know it definitely wasn't).

Package requires signature. Driver just drops door tag and scoots. Doesn't ring bell or knock. Spouse gets to watch him drive off without delivering the package. Every day this week.

Last night I tried over and over to sign for it digitally and I kept getting error message. Now this morning I get “this package can no longer be signed online”…. I signed for the same package last month just fine - now errors. What gives? Did I do something wrong or does the website just ****? Help.

Hi, one of my Buyee purchases has been shipped via the japanese postal service; Not FedEX/UPS/DHL. According to the shipping status, it already arrived somewhere to pick-up. Unfortunately, the tracking status will not update more precisely. Also, Deutsche Post never notified me. Entering the tracking number on one of their websites will spit out nothing. So i have called the local customs office and they could not find it. I tried to call the one in Frankfurt, but they instead referred to calling Deutsche Post instead. I ordered the Godzilla 2000 figure since it was in stock. I went for Japan Post as it’s what I used in the past. But then I learn that on account of the tariff situation it will be on hold and stuck in a warehouse. So now I have to request FedEx DDP. I followed the instructions provided on how to do that. It’ll be $13 more. I guess the one consolation is even then it’s still cheaper than any US retailer in the end. Anyone have any idea how long until they accept my request. I’d rather this not be a process that takes months.

I am trying to figure out what is happening and if anyone else has experienced this. I ordered a 600 dollar item that requires refrigeration and was shipped with dry ice. However, the package was scanned “Delivered At Front Door.” Please explain to me how the absolute f\*ck you deliver a package to a door that doesn’t have an apartment number included. Ordered my FW16 DIY (7040 series) yesterday 12/17. It shipped from Taiwan and FedEx "details" view shows delivery of 12/22 by 3pm. However the overview shows no expected delivery date ("We'll add a delivery date as soon as your package starts moving"). Is this wishful thinking or actually realistic? Would be awesome to get my Christmas gift early. FWIW, it did go from Taiwan to Japan, so definitely enroute. I'm on the US east coast.

The driver signed my name for a 21+ package and left it at my front door. Got home and saw it sitting out front, clearly labeled with a 21+ product labeled box. I would never have accepted this and its sitting outside. What do I do? I dont want this, nor do I want the liability.

FedEx almost never delivers my packages. I generally always have to go and pick them up. Today they wouldn’t even allow me to come pick my package up, even though it was overnighted and was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I know they’re not gonna deliver it at any point because they never do. So I elected to pick up as usual but this time I have to wait for them to update the record as to whether they will allow me to pick up from a location of my choice because right now it still says delivery for tomorrow . Hello, I submitted my J-1 waiver documents two days ago via FedEx with speed delivery to the address provided in Earth City, MO. It was supposed to be delivered today, but FedEx emailed me today stating that the address is incorrect and that they were unable to deliver my package. They will try to deliver again tomorrow.
