Hello everyone. My mother sent a parcel via DTDC in India containing a mobile phone, charger, and cable. DTDC staff handled packed the parcel at the time of booking, but the receipt only mentions “NONDOX” (no proper description of contents). DTDC marked it as delivered on 30 March 2026 (SMS proof) but the actual delivery happened on 1 April 2026 (call log proof). Parcel remained in their custody during this gap. On opening,the recipient saw that the contents were replaced. DTDC is rejecting the complaint citing a 3-day policy based on the incorrect 30 March delivery date. Is anybody familiar with the nzpost tracker statuses, for example my package from India as shown in the photo went from "pending border clearance" to "item arrived in new zealand" after 3 hours. Am I to take this as the item has now cleared customs and is now waiting to be processed? I would assume if there was any customs issue it would remain on "pending border clearance"

I am staying Reading and serving notice period. I need to send back my office laptop safely from Reading back to India, after a few weeks. Parcelforce mentioned they dont send electronics. The only issue with the shipment is that the recipient’s name on the parcel is different from the name on my government ID. The address and phone number are completely correct.
