Hello everyone. My mother sent a parcel via DTDC in India containing a mobile phone, charger, and cable. DTDC staff handled packed the parcel at the time of booking, but the receipt only mentions “NONDOX” (no proper description of contents). DTDC marked it as delivered on 30 March 2026 (SMS proof) but the actual delivery happened on 1 April 2026 (call log proof). Parcel remained in their custody during this gap. On opening,the recipient saw that the contents were replaced. DTDC is rejecting the complaint citing a 3-day policy based on the incorrect 30 March delivery date.
