I purchased this watch from them this Wednesday through their website and received it today. I got a good discount on the watch. I purchased it for around 4,479. It was supposed to be a wedding gift to a very close friend of mine. After I received the watch today I opened the parcel around 7 pm and found that the watch caseback has numerous ugly scratches on one side. Why govt office workers are too slow and treat customers like they are nothing? I am currently standing at ab India post office for parcel and literally in last 30-40 mins, no one has moved. The lady at counter is so chill, talking to colleagues and printing and typing receipts like it's 80s. Sometimes I think this is one of the reason private couriers charges you too much because India post employees are too slow, you have to book a day just for a normal interstate parcel. And it feels too bad when you are paying salaries for inefficient & incompetent people by paying 50% taxes.

My parcel from The Netherlands to India has been in customs for about 2 days, but detailed information has not been updating for me.
