hi, i have a small business and i am wondering if india post(shipping) even works in navi mumbai. i've read google reviews saying it's pretty bad and i need to find a courier service to send my parcels(anything other than post office is really expensive and nobody's gonna pay that much for shipping). i tried sending an empty parcel from my hometown to navi mumbai just to check if it delivers, and it in fact wasn't delivered even after showing delivered on the tracking link. pls help if you can. if i don't find a solution i will have to close down my business.

I was sent a package and was provided a tracking number for UPS from whose website I was able to get an alternate tracking number in the form of UM\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*US where I was able to see that it arrived in India around a month ago. The same tracking number when entered on India Post shows that no parcel has been booked under that number. Who can I contact in such a scenario?
