Hey everyone, I really need some help or guidance because I’m stuck in the dumbest loop ever thanks to PNB + India Post. I ordered a new PNB debit card. India Post usually attaches the customer’s contact number so you can get SMS updates. But in my case, they somehow swapped the phone numbers between two parcels. So I was receiving updates for someone else’s parcel which was going somewhere in Maharashtra, and someone else probably was getting the updates for my card. I obviously got no updates for my actual parcel. I contacted my PNB branch — no help at all. Then I contacted PNB customer care, emailed PNB support, even called multiple times.
