As I use DTDC as my delivery partner at r/Lestic to deliver PAN India and also pay local branch premium every month for packaging the order properly because it's high value electronics item but lately they have severely dropped the quality of packaging using Biscuit Box to package the laptop ( although I do package on it on my end as well) and it ruins the customer experience as a whole . whenever I packaged it on my own without paying premium even after packaging it properly they reject to pickup my parcel Can you guys please suggest a good and reliable delivery partner which service most of pin codes PAN India and also ship it on time ??

I ordered something from Amazon and the estimated delivery date was too far, so I purchased it offline, I then tried cancelling the delivery but the request kept getting rejected. I contacted support and they told me that I can decline the delivery and the parcel will return to them. Today the postman from India Post arrived with the package and we declined it, he was very unhappy with us declining the parcel. Now, it has been marked as delivered in India Post status and Amazon status too. I ordered a package in India. The parcel is actually the small box. It was delivered in the big box. So I dont know what happens outside of India but in India the parcel prices/rates are fixed on the dimensions of the final packaging and not the weight if the weight is negligible. So some guy either wants to defraud Amazon or is getting a good commission or cut from the transporter that he packed the small box inside the big one. Makes no sense in any manner. But **** these type of people. The delivery guy had to take the trouble to deliver a big package.
