I arranged a courier pickup (surface shipment) through aggregator for an intra-state delivery in Maharashtra. The parcel was picked up from a residential society by the courier company’s executive. The parcel was handed over properly, label affixed, and the executive scanned the parcel at the time of pickup, confirming collection. However, even after several days, the tracking status on both the courier company’s and aggregator’s systems still shows “pickup pending,” with no movement or visibility. I was there last month and I forgot a Lego set in the hotel which I had bought for my 5 year old nephew. Hotel staff confirmed that they have kept it safely. I am ready to pay the commute charges so that you can collect the same from the hotel which was located in District 1. I can collect the parcel once you’re back to Mumbai.
