So I ordered something and the retailer shipped it via India Post on 19th and I got updates via the tracking ID through the website properly until 20th and then literally nothing for 8 days, even till now and I'm incredibly scared as to if my package got lost or something. I raised a complaint and I just got the update that it was last spotted in Nagpur on 21st but that's about it. No updates beyond that and I can't seem to file a new complaint either.
