Earlier today I made a post asking about people's experience after buying consoles from Retroid's official site. Some people commented there that apparently there are some issues in importing because Indian customs is currently not accepting individual parcels from China. TL;DR: Tried to parcel my Ather EV from Chennai to Madurai via train. Staff at Egmore insisted on removing the battery and exposing wires despite shutdown mode. Felt unsafe + they seemed clueless. Hi everyone, I brought a hmt suraj from a reseller and he send it through DTDC, and it was delivered by India Post. The parcel arrived in an opened/tampered condition, and the watch was missing the box was empty. I’ve raised a complaint, but not sure what usually happens in such cases. Has anyone faced this before? Will they compensate properly, and who is actually responsible here? Any advice would help. TIA

So I had ordered some things ,so shipping was uk to india via royal post. It arrived to india on 17th itslef and from then onwards all its showing is pending in customs for verification and date for delivery keeps extending, rneither royal mail nor india post have any updates I used track 24 today and the following is what I found ! It keeps saying pending customs and the estimated delivery date keeps extending! Does this status look postive to yall? Is my parcel ceased or held or just pending to process?
