I have a parcel coming from India, it arrived in Heathrow on the 23rd of Feb and hasn’t moved since. Customer service are worse than useless and basically said I was to wait u til the 9th of April for it to show up and if not the seller could deal with it on their end but I’m basically just left with no parcel or explanation as to what’s happened with it ! The company is a joke and their customer service is appaulling, like have people to be expected to wait for 30+ minutes for an agent to answer the call and then basically be told the same thing I can already see on the tracking info.
