Hi everyone, I brought a hmt suraj from a reseller and he send it through DTDC, and it was delivered by India Post. The parcel arrived in an opened/tampered condition, and the watch was missing the box was empty. I’ve raised a complaint, but not sure what usually happens in such cases. So I had ordered some things ,so shipping was uk to india via royal post. It arrived to india on 17th itslef and from then onwards all its showing is pending in customs for verification and date for delivery keeps extending, rneither royal mail nor india post have any updates I used track 24 today and the following is what I found ! It keeps saying pending customs and the estimated delivery date keeps extending! Does this status look postive to yall? Is my parcel ceased or held or just pending to process?
