Been in contact with UPS once a week on the phone. They've told me it's a technical fault with the plane and I'll have an update in 2 days when it's on a new flight. I received confirmation mail from xteink on March 19th Then on 23rd March I was approached by Yitong Global Logistics to provide Id proofs and Authorization letter for the custom clearance process.
