If I skip that part will they not deliver the parcel? I arranged a courier pickup (surface shipment) through aggregator for an intra-state delivery in Maharashtra. The parcel was picked up from a residential society by the courier company’s executive. The parcel was handed over properly, label affixed, and the executive scanned the parcel at the time of pickup, confirming collection.
