I ordered a Samsung S25 from Samsung India and it was shipped via Blue Dart. The tracking shows that the parcel has been stuck at their Ovali (Mumbai) warehouse since 16 April, with no movement at all. The expected delivery date was 20 April, but it’s now delayed and still not dispatched. I’ve already contacted both Blue Dart and Samsung multiple times and even emailed them, but I’m only getting generic responses like “we’ve escalated the issue” with no actual progress. Has anyone faced a similar issue? Also, at this point, should I go ahead and file a complaint with the consumer forum, or wait a bit longer?

So I ordered mod merchs for new mod bootcamp event but I put my reddit username as in shipping details now FedEx is constantly calling me for kyc purposes and asking for revised invoice for correcting my name i tried contacting reddit mods and merch vendors through mod mail and email but no good response my parcel arrived yesterday in India and i still don't have revised invoice ,so i am going to call FedEx and ask for cancellation of this order why merch vendors,why😭😭

hi, i have a small business and i am wondering if india post(shipping) even works in navi mumbai. i've read google reviews saying it's pretty bad and i need to find a courier service to send my parcels(anything other than post office is really expensive and nobody's gonna pay that much for shipping). i tried sending an empty parcel from my hometown to navi mumbai just to check if it delivers, and it in fact wasn't delivered even after showing delivered on the tracking link. pls help if you can. if i don't find a solution i will have to close down my business.
