I ordered a diecast model from an online store (they're legit) nd they shipped it via speedpost on 13th Jan and i received the notification for that...fast forward to today it's been 9 days and the tracking is still not updated...have contacted the seller regarding this and they said it takes 10-12 days to deliver...i myself occasionally sell diecast models nd cuz of some issues i stopped using india post a long time ago...i shifted to delhivery nd DTDC nd it's been an year since I last used it...need yours opinion whether I should wait or ??

I ordered an expensive item from Amazon India that was supposed to contain two items. I received only one, and the item received is defective/poor quality. I've exporter to 50+ countries in the past 6 years and I can confidently say that in my experience, Indians are the worst customers to deal with. Be it if I'm providing services or goods, they're seriously the worst I've experienced. Returning different or fake parts and getting a refund is one of the most dishonest things I've seen people in India do. Looking to purchase a few clothing items (country of origin is UK) things on the outnet. I have confirmed that they have a warehouse in the USA and Italy. The items I want are only available in non usa/canada countries so they are based in Italy right now. Looks like I can order them in any country for a $30 shipping fee (or free in Italy) then would need to have a parcel forwarding service send them to the USA.
