Back in October 2025, my friend sent me an untracked letter​ from singapore. I live in India. They also sent similar letters to friends in USA and Europe, and those arrived within 10 days. I usually receive international letters and parcels within 1–2 months (tracked and untracked), so I wasn’t too worried at first. But it’s now February 2026, and I still haven’t received it. Since it’s untracked, I have no way to check where it might be. Is it normal for international letters to take this long to reach India? Is there still a chance it might arrive?
