so i am an indian citizen i sent a parcel from india to bulgaria but it been more than 20 days and it's still stuck in customs i sent them email regarding it that why it's in custom is their any lack of documents but they didn't respond back i can call them but first they don't know english and 2nd international calls are quite expensive i sent the parcel to my dad live in sofia and he too doesn't know bulgarian language so i thought why not asking help from reddit bulgarian community so if anybody can help me and call them on my behalf then you can dm me i will send the tracking number of parcel and other information 💗

I recently returned to India after 8 years living in Australia. As I was flying solo I courier my additional baggage via postal services. My EMS parcel was sent from Australia. The parcel contains only personal items such as clothing and some misc items. Hi Everyone, I ordered a dress through Alibaba, dress cost was 33 dollars. Shipment was done through UPS and shipping cost was 43 dollars to India, I did both. UPS asked for my kyc and I did that too. Today morning I got a call from UPS saying that parcel reached the Bangalore port but the invoice name is not matching as the seller put the house name as my name. So for name change I have to pay 2288, then only the parcel will be cleared. Is it legit or is there any other way? Has anyone else faced this issue?
