Posting this to inform other parents traveling with infants. We flew Air India AI174 from San Francisco to Delhi with our 3-month-old baby. A bassinet was confirmed multiple times via customer care and paid for, along with specific seats required for bassinet installation. On boarding, no bassinet was provided, our seat assignments were not honored, and ground support never showed up. Cabin crew tried to help but could not fix it after boarding.
