Hi everyone, Posting this on behalf of my friend because he is extremely stressed and scared right now. He works in a large IT company in India and is currently serving his notice period. Recently, the corporate/legal HR team contacted him regarding a medical insurance reimbursement claim issue. The amount involved was not very huge (around ₹30k), and he has already expressed willingness to repay/cooperate completely if required. This was apparently the first such mistake/problem in his career, and now he is worried about. The company has not yet confirmed any final action, but HR/legal had one discussion with him.

A lot of data and surveys say for my generation( Genz) 5'7 is above average in India. But when I hear people saying it has the average height for young generation has increased a lot saying atleast 5'9-5'10 even when national reports deny it. I feel very insecure.
