No feedback shared after L5 non tech interview I had a recruiter connect on Wednesday 6th May. The recruiter scheduled first round with hiring manager (HM) on the subsequent Friday (8th May). The interview went well as per me. But the entire next week, recruiter did not reach back. I emailed the recruiter myself today morning (Monday 18 May) but haven’t received any response. Should I assume the feedback was not positive and hence the ghosting? Any feedback from community would be very helpful.
