Latest Community Discussions About India Post Shipment25M from India — BDD has taken my job, my confidence, and my life. Looking for hope and advice.2h agoHi everyone. I've been reading posts here for a while and finally decided to share my story. I need to know I'm not alone in this. I'm a 25 year old guy from India. I'm 190cm tall and I have facial and body asymmetry — uneven cheekbones, jaw, shoulders and chest. I didn't always notice these things. I was once a confident, hopeful person who believed good things were coming. Then around 21-22 people started making constant comments and jokes about my height. Around the same time I started noticing asymmetry in photos. The two things combined and slowly destroyed me from the inside. Over the next few years I developed severe avoidance behaviors. I changed my foot... Guys, have you heard of this technique? Saturday night small rant.2h agoGrowing up, I mainly watched Telugu movies. Artham kaakapoyina konni english action movies, konni hindhi movies. As I moved to late teens, I watched more languages as I studied out of the state and post that I only watch based on content and not language. What I find our movies lack is reality. Nothing that happens in the movie ever happens in real life. Fights over the top, hero is max level in all attributes - power, strength, intelligence, agility, everything. Few comedians to cover the comedy part and every movie requires it. Villains are mostly **** and barbaric. Actress is mainly for songs and few scenes. No one expects anything beyond that. Hero through some manoeuvres, rises to t... Scratch a savarna liberal and a sanghi bleeds.2h agoGenZ revolution! Really? The recent “Cockroach Janta Party” anti-BJP trend exposed this perfectly. The same people posting edgy anti-establishment memes and pretending to be progressive instantly turned vicious when Abhijeet Dipke revealed he was Dalit. Suddenly the debate was no longer about politics, corruption, unemployment, or authoritarianism — it became caste abuse, slurs, “reservation” taunts, and attacks on his identity. So what exactly separates these people from the sanghis they claim to ****? And then people seriously talk about Gen Z bringing social revolution in India. Which Gen Z? The one on TeenIndia, IndianTeenagers, Jeeneetards and similar spaces where casteist j... No idea what to do now2h agoI don't know if this is the right subreddit to post but I just wanna vent. I passed 12th (CBSE) last year as an nri and came to India to learn the german language, as I had planned to attend Studienkolleg and pursue Bachelors there. Little did I know this would be the worst mistake of my life. I spent the past year learning German and gave my first TELC exam this year in March. I passed the written exam but failed speaking by 2 marks. At that time I felt hopeful actually and thought it's just 2 marks and I'll clear it next time. I gave the exam again in April and got the result today; I ended up failing the same module again by 2 marks. I had given it all for that attempt an... [30/M] Looking for Serious & Long-Term Dedicated Pen-Pals to Chat About Anything Judgement Free2h agoHey y'all - hope you're doing well, thanks for reading my post! I am a 30yo Male living in the United States fyi # What I Hope to Find I am looking to find primarily snail mail pen-pals that want to be long-term, and dedicated to keeping the conversation alive, with frequent letters. However, I'm genuinely hoping someone out there exists that would enjoy frequent exchanges and form a friendship and trust. I am also willing to match with folks that would prefer to stay digital and share a pen-pal like experience via **email.** *Though snail mail is my preferred option.* # About Me **Short Intro** I find it challenging to describe yourself, as we idealize ourselves and are ... The Dark Side of Refurbished MacBooks: How Buyers Are Getting Robbed2h agoThis post gonna be a bit long , so if you are planning to buy a used macbook from laptop dealers , then it's for you. Hang tight! Recently, an old customer of mine shared that she bought a “refurbished” MacBook through OLX, and it started shutting down again and again. Later, it even started giving electric shocks. Sadly, this is not a rare case. This is exactly the kind of scam I have been noticing for a good long time. Running r/Lestic for past 2.5 years , and I have been in this market for a good amount of time. I work with suppliers regularly, and I want to say this very clearly: **There is almost no honest “refurbished MacBook”** **market in India the way people ima... Need a Help2h agoHello Frnds Im an Indian citizen working in india not in cat but in different company. Being a part of CAT is my long time dream. I saw one job posting in PEORIA for Supply Planning Engineer which is relevant to my Current profile. I know even if I apply over official portal the possibility of getting shortlisted is next to 0 because for the past 8 years I have been applying to CAT India but never got any calls. I have around 6 years experience in SAP PP and IBP and I have done my Mtech. Can anyone suggest a way to shortlisted for this role? To the users of the subreddit2h agoAssalamualaikum There are very few spaces for Muslims generally offline and online, and for IMs it is almost nil. This subreddit was imagined to be a place where IMs could be IMs since there is no platform for them. It is expected that IMs make better use of this platform. Create discourses, discuss politics, social life, books, theories, culture, history, and things they wish to discuss. The subreddit describes itself in about section as- "A space for Indian Muslims and the Indian Muslim diaspora to connect, share knowledge, preserve heritage, and build a stronger sense of community. We engage in meaningful discussions on deen, politics, history, culture, identity, and everything ... 32M, Co Founder of a Tech Startup. Looking for someone unconventional.2h agoRepost (Still Looking) Hello there. To whoever is reading this, I want to make one thing very clear — I am posting here because conventional arranged marriage setups and matrimonial sites were never built for the kind of relationship I want. Most people will probably assume this post is fake, exaggerated, or some fantasy roleplay. That’s fine. I’m not here for validation. About me. I’m a 32-year-old, 5'8" Brahmin man from Indore. I am a self made entrepreneur and I run my own manufacturing business with factories in Gujarat. I won’t disclose more because it would become very easy to identify me, but it is a mid-sized company with last year’s revenue crossing ₹300 C... Creepy incident during my radiology duty at a government hospital in India2h ago Before the story, some context because people outside India might find parts of this confusing. I’m giving this much context because I posted a shorter version of this story before, and a lot of people got confused and started asking how any of this was even possible. Things like “How did someone enter the X-ray room?”, “Aren’t there strict protocols?” etc. So I thought I should explain the setup and situation properly this time. I'm a DMRT student doing my course in a government college and hospital and we do hospital duty as part of our training. Also, this happened in a small-city government hospital in India. Patient flow here is honestly crazy. On so... [World] - Rubio renews US ties with India after Trump’s China visit | South China Morning Post2h agoHSBC is testing my patience2h agoAfter a massive rant I posted here about Travel One here: [https://www.reddit.com/r/CreditCardsIndia/s/GO7ZTYefLD](https://www.reddit.com/r/CreditCardsIndia/s/GO7ZTYefLD) I finally found a good usecase for the card because of an unexpected international trip. Thought maybe I would finally recover some value from this premium travel card. Instead HSBC somehow made the experience worse. I made a transaction of Rs 1.25 lac on Hoppr and expected 15000 accelerated reward points (+base and bonus rewards) as per their own reward structure. HSBC credited only 12000 accelerated points. When I raised a complaint they closed it saying I crossed the monthly cap. I received a total of 17k points instea... 25M with AuDHD, visa expiring, might “fail” back to India and I don’t even know who I am anymore2h agoHello. Long post. Bear with me. (Being a bit vulnerable here) I’m 25M, Indian, currently in the UK on a Graduate Visa that expires December 9th. I did my Masters in Automotive Engineering here. I’ve been job hunting for sponsored roles and time is genuinely running out. There’s a real chance I’m going back to India in December with nothing to show for it. But honestly? The visa thing isn’t even what’s keeping me up at night. I don’t know who I am anymore. I spent my whole life thinking I wanted engineering. And I did or at least part of me did. I love how creative it is, how it merges logic with making something real. But somewhere in the last few years that feeling has bee... Trying to make some new friends on reddit3h agoHey everyone! I'm a teenager from India who's looking to meet some new people and make genuine friendships. I enjoy talking about movies, music, games, funny life stories, memes, technology, and random late-night conversations that somehow go from "What's your favorite food?" to "What's the meaning of life?" 😆 I'm the kind of person who likes listening to others, sharing opinions, and having conversations that don't feel forced. Whether you want to talk about your hobbies, daily life, dreams, funny experiences, or just need someone to chat with when you're bored, I'm always open to it. A few things about me: I enjoy gaming an... Content Safety: All discussions are automatically filtered for inappropriate content to ensure a safe browsing experience. |
