It's been a nightmare I want to pursue legal action criminal case against the owner and want to remove the dog. Have posted in LegaladviceIndia but not a single response. Any suggestions on how to proceed legally. Have talked to a few lawyers but responses have been varying from not a criminal offence to 1 year punishment.
