Hi everyone, I run a small thrift clothing business in India and recently launched a website for it. When I talk to people about marketing, many of them say the same thing: “you need SEO”. But everyone explains it differently. Some say I should write blog posts. Others say backlinks matter the most. Someone else told me it is mostly technical work on the website. So I am a bit confused. For people here who actually work in SEO, what does “doing SEO” for a small business actually involve? What would you focus on first? Would love to hear how professionals approach it.
