​ I've been applying to a lot of roles lately, but I'm barely getting any interview calls. I got no calls and tried optimizing profiles. At this point, it feels like I'm doing something wrong with my resume, and I'm honestly pretty stuck. Would anyone be willing to take a look at my resume and give some honest feedback? I'd really appreciate any suggestions whether it's formatting, content, or anything else I might be missing. I'm open to constructive criticism. I was looking at companies in solar / infra / defence / railways, where one large order can actually matter. I just got a job after like years of being unemployed but it’s just a low paying retail job. I don’t know what to do with my life. It’s so much different career paths. And I was interested in remote work but then people say AI is going to take all of this and it’s going to be outsourced to India and then it’s thousands of people applying to the only 5 jobs posted etc. I’m so indecisive in general and I just feel lost.
