I completed all 35 PDUs. I followed up repeatedly for help with the PMI application and exam scheduling. My assigned account manager was completely unresponsive for nearly a year. Support tickets were closed mid-conversation. I submitted my project list in their own template format. Nothing happened. No callback. No email. No live support that actually worked.
