Im preparing for state PCS however, not able to concentrate with job and family responsibility but I really want to. Can any knowledgeable person about chats tell what's going on. No concrete results i study 2 days and then something happens and full concentration gone. Got a government job 7 years ago (level-7) since then preparing for higher level but I had to join on one level lower (L-6) 2 years ago because of family as I wanted to be near family and the previous one was in South India. Now for the first post (level-7 one) it will take another 3 years when I get promoted. I have intentionally not tries to control the shape of the cookies and made them as natural and rugged as possible. They are nice and crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside which provides a gradient of texture. I freeze the dough for 15-16 hrs to get that rich flavour. Hi everyone, I’m currently in the middle of my first hair transplant and wanted to get some perspective from people with experience. I’m 24 years old and undergoing a 2-day FUE procedure with 4,000+ grafts. Day 1 is done and took around 9 hours. The clinic is PADRA. I have two main questions. 1) Doctor involvement during the procedure This is how the procedure has been handled so far: - A doctor administered local anesthesia at the beginning. - After that, most of the hands-on work was done by a technician or nurse. - This included graft extraction, incisions, and implantation. - Another staff member occasionally helped with graft sorting. - The hairline design was done by a nu...
