Speed Post Tracking

Soo i went IP to ship some orders and they charged me 90 per package. Im confused. Isnt it around 50?? I asked and the lady told me they accept only speedpost for packages under 500gm. Normal shipping (50rs) is for over 500gm Last month ago i was told the opposite that speedpost is only for stuff over 500gm😭 Is this a new rule or smth?

I ordered a diecast model from an online store (they're legit) nd they shipped it via speedpost on 13th Jan and i received the notification for that...fast forward to today it's been 9 days and the tracking is still not updated...have contacted the seller regarding this and they said it takes 10-12 days to deliver...i myself occasionally sell diecast models nd cuz of some issues i stopped using india post a long time ago...i shifted to delhivery nd DTDC nd it's been an year since I last used it...need yours opinion whether I should wait or ??
