Need help!! Don't know much about all this that's why. I got a message for debit card order from BOB with a link i thought it was scam but later notification from INDIA POST that your order has been dispatched. This morning I got message it is delivered and also message from BOB for same. I never applied for it and also don't have account in bank of baroda When I tracked the delivery it is somewhere in Maharashtra far away from me. Should I be concerned. What to do?

Even though it shows dispatched it still hasn't, I called Barpeta Post Office and even though they have received new parcel mine still hasn't reached to them.
