A lot of freight forwarders will be aware of CargoWise and simply put CEVA’s rollout of the software is an abysmal joke. They pat themselves on the back for making 3 countries go live a quarter meanwhile internally there’s 2 different versions of the software and many companies still not using it years later making everyone’s jobs harder and providing a **** customer service as not all shipments are visible to us and documents do not get uploaded. Instead of having all countries be on CargoWise they have a back office in India recreate the files manually from one system to another. Make it make sense. Anyway can’t wait to leave this inefficient mess

Just wanted to inform any potential Bluefox NX1 buyers in India, I have been writing mails to Aiphor asking for status updates on my shipment that are conveniently being ignored. They were quick to reply to my earlier mails sending me payment links for the product and then later for the extra shipping costs for India. BUt now its a blanket silence from their end. I have now asked for a refund and will post here if I ever get it. All this, just to say, I don't know if this product even exists and whether this is a well crafted online scam with fake posters all around. One can't believe anything these days, so "Caveat Emptor!"
