I have been an xfinity data customer for 10 years and I finally opted to try their mobile phone service due to my VZ bill continuously increasing. We had a new cell phone shipped to us as part of the service but unfortunately the package was broken into and resealed prior to delivery so all I got was an empty cardboard box with packing paper and a receipt. Just figured I would throw this information out there for anyone who might have been like me and had their Odin 3 lost or seemingly "stuck" in transit by 4PX (for context, I'm in the northeast USA (new england) and for me it was the dreaded Jamaica, NY stop). I’ve been selling on mercari for years and recently switched over to depop + poshmark and have been having much better experiences over there. I recently sold something on mercari, shipped it out, and then received this message. This is so completely false and now my money is gone. mercari is only willing to refund me if i send them an image of the packaged item which i obviously can’t do because its already been shipped out. 40 dollars down the drain. moral of the story, ship literally anywhere else
