So I ordered an air purifier through Croma. Sadly they used Ekart Logistics for shipping. As soon as I saw the logistics partner I knew I wouldn't get me order on time... And I was right. I ordered on 10th November with a delivery date of 16 November. As of writing(19 November 7pm) it still hasn't been delivered and there's no update or sms about the delay from Ekart. Croma keeps saying "we have expedited the request and confirm in 24 hours". And this too after repeatedly asking them to cancel and refund the order. I ordered a watch and my mistake was that I paid for it when I placed the order. In general, I **** this "before 11 pm" slot for open deliveries, where you have to be present in person to collect the order, and they still don't give you a proper time slot. This means that you are at the mercy of the delivery partner and they can arrive whenever they please. It's fine for orders which can be thrown at your doorstep and they can leave but for open deliveries, for which you should be present, they should give you a proper time slot. Guys I ordered grocery from Flipkart Grocery but the products I got are totally different it's like someone else's order got swapped with mine. Does anyone here know the Ekart logistics centre address for Jabalpur? Don't give me Kanchghar address since that location is permanently closed. Ordered Rice (Taj Mahal brand) from flipkart on 29 Oct. Delivery date was 5th Nov. Still ok, on delivery date I get another notification on how there are logistics challenges so expected order date is 8th Nov now. A technician visit was first scheduled for 14th November, but it’s been delay after delay ever since. Every time they contact me, it’s just to give a new date — and those dates have also long passed. Still no visit, no fix, no resolution. What’s worse? They don’t even let you directly talk to an actual human who can solve the issue. You have to go through this long, frustrating maze of automated menus and chatbots, only to end up nowhere. By the time you finally manage to reach a person, they just repeat scripted apologies and false promises. At one point, they even told me to contact the product brand myself. Seriously? I bought the product from Flipkart, not the brand directly....

Basically what the title says Ordered a 55-inch TV on 18th October. Prepaid ₹40,000. Had an exchange offer. Delivery date: 23rd. Didn’t come. Called customer care “Small delay, it’ll come by 26th.” 26th came, nothing. Called again - “Sorry 29th for sure.” 29th: delivery guy finally shows up. Without the TV. It’s shows like this from many days but not yet delivered it’s keeps showing arriving today from 3 days

Product has been in flipkart facility since 20th and is not moving, can't run my PC without it, and Amazon/chroma has it much more expensive or doesn't have it at all. What can I do? Have already complained on flipkart app.

So i ordered something from flipkart few days back. from last 2 days its showing “out for delivery” but nobody comes to deliver it. every night they just change the date again. i tried to cancel the order but its saying cancellation charges will apply. Like what even?? Just wasting my time. feels like a total scam.
