Ekart Tracking

3 months. Earlier it said, product damaged in transit, cancellation in progress. Today, all of a sudden, it was again Out For Delivery after 3 months. Product is a smartphone worth 15k INR

It’s the second time I’ve ordered the same thing. It’s still not going out for delivery, and even though it’s already 12 December, it still shows the delivery date as 10 December.

If anyone knows the adress because it is nowhere listed in public domains the exact location and some of them shows jail road, dharmanagar but I strongly doubt they are correct address !!

Ekart delivery guy saying it's too big of parcel so couldn't bring it i mean really 2 days and I am having thought that they might temper with my parcel cause today he exactly told me what is in it.

So I ordered an air purifier through Croma. Sadly they used Ekart Logistics for shipping. As soon as I saw the logistics partner I knew I wouldn't get me order on time... And I was right. I ordered on 10th November with a delivery date of 16 November. As of writing(19 November 7pm) it still hasn't been delivered and there's no update or sms about the delay from Ekart. I ordered a watch and my mistake was that I paid for it when I placed the order. In general, I **** this "before 11 pm" slot for open deliveries, where you have to be present in person to collect the order, and they still don't give you a proper time slot. This means that you are at the mercy of the delivery partner and they can arrive whenever they please. It's fine for orders which can be thrown at your doorstep and they can leave but for open deliveries, for which you should be present, they should give you a proper time slot. Ordered Rice (Taj Mahal brand) from flipkart on 29 Oct. Delivery date was 5th Nov. Still ok, on delivery date I get another notification on how there are logistics challenges so expected order date is 8th Nov now. A technician visit was first scheduled for 14th November, but it’s been delay after delay ever since. Every time they contact me, it’s just to give a new date — and those dates have also long passed. Still no visit, no fix, no resolution. What’s worse? They don’t even let you directly talk to an actual human who can solve the issue. You have to go through this long, frustrating maze of automated menus and chatbots, only to end up nowhere. By the time you finally manage to reach a person, they just repeat scripted apologies and false promises. At one point, they even told me to contact the product brand myself. Seriously? I bought the product from Flipkart, not the brand directly....

Basically what the title says Ordered a 55-inch TV on 18th October. Prepaid ₹40,000. Had an exchange offer. Delivery date: 23rd. Didn’t come.
