I ordered 2 custom-sized wardrobe doors online and they were shipped to me at the beginning of December (the 5th), along with a note from the retailer: *If the packaging is torn or grubby please mark as damaged. This is my 4th order with nuts.com, first one with OnTrac. When I tried to email customer support on the 7th, they advised that I wait 2-3 business days for it to show up. Well, unsurprisingly, it's now the 12th and no package. Ironically, the estimated delivery date for OnTrac is yesterday, and it updates to the previous date every day. I emailed again, they said wait 2-3 business days, and I realized it was a bot. On the next email response, I was finally able to get a human and the package was reshipped.
