I bought a rep from a rehomer on here who does not live in the US. The package made it to the US but has stuck in “clearance” for quite some time now. I reached out to the courier UPS and they said they just needed more info for the commercial invoice. I filled out the info and so did the shipper. I purchased 2 bar stools in November- custom made. when they arrived just before Christmas the leather used for the seats was not what I ordered. the seller told me they would make the correct stools after new year and to use the ones that had been delivered in the meantime. The Irish national postal service (An Post) officially does not accept DNA kits. I think it's very important for customers of DNA testing companies to be made aware of issues like this before purchasing kits. If you do a test and put it in the post you might be lucky. But if you go to the post office counter the package will \*definitely\* be rejected. Ancestry has a prepaid box that can go straight into the post. But MyHeritage requires a stamp and that creates problems. The sample also can't be couriered privately to the collection point in Germany.
