Asking for a friend: Is there any way to get SpotOn OLO order receipts (like the one's you would stable to the bag for delivery or pick up)/(integrated and through SpotOn's own OLO)- to look anything more like Toast's? Visually, the spacing on Toast OLO receipts are much more manageable to look at, whereas how we seem to have it, everything is chunked together- too much detail for the customer! I know Express has more customization options, but what about Restaurant?

We bought our first SpotOn collar two years ago (Dec 2023). Had a few troubleshooting problems in the beginning but nothing major. One day the collar kept buzzing repeatedly and wouldn’t stop. We noticed a gouge of some sort near the power button and it was assumed water was able to get into the hole and ruined the collar. Can any customers share their experience with the 1x1 SpotOn trainers that are offered? I recently bought the SpotOn collar for my dog(s) and I'm leaning toward returning it while I still can. I have 2 dogs and no fence around my \~3acres in a rural subdivision. I bought the SpotOn for a "newer" (adopted adult) large GSD mix that wants to explore, wander, and chase squirrels ... or the occasional jogging neighbor. I've gone through the basic training instructions, but she's almost completely unfazed by the alerts, vibration, and static correction. She'll trot right through the boundary and just keep going.
