So I sent a speed post to one of my friends two days ago via Indiapost. I was constantly tracking the parcel. But today it was marked as returning to sender without being out for delivery. Does that mean the recipient has rejected the parcel? I don't wanna ask that person, as it was a surprise. The location of the recipient is 12km away from the post office. I highly doubt that if the post office has even contacted the person regarding a speed post. Thoughts?

Ordered Cylone 2 from Gamesir website and got it delivered in 20 days. I read many posts where players sharing their experience on ordering from Gamesir website and was aware of delivery time, custom charges and verification. Yesterday (Jul 18), I got an update saying my foreign parcel (personal import from Germany) is out for delivery. The delivery guy called me and told me I have customs duty due and asked me to prepare cash before they deliver, which is expected. A few minutes later he again called and said there is some order from higher authority or someone, to hold the foreign parcel for now because of some system update or rollout, something they mentioned which I did not understand fully (I understood its a software/system issue). And now they said they can't deliver it untill the coming tuesday. This is very strange. I dont know what could be the reason for a 4 day delay even though it is sitting ...
